Acai Berries Now Labelled As the Best Antioxidant Print E-mail




With its numerous benefits and its high levels of antioxidants, the acai berries are often called the best antioxidant. Experts have been telling us for years to eat berries simply because these fruits have antioxidants. We need antioxidants in order to protect our bodies from free radicals we usually get from the food that we eat or from the environment that we are exposed to. However the antioxidant levels in acai berries are way higher than those in other berries, this is the primary reason why more and more people use acai supplements: antioxidant is its main content.
